No. 01 — Ellevest

One of our recent discoveries and latest obsession, Ellevest has blown us away not only with their beautiful branding and user experience, but also their mission behind it all. Ellevest is an investment and banking app built by women for women. Our favorite Ellevest feature is their impact portfolio for investing which is a curated investment portfolio that includes women-owned and environmentally conscious companies that we are proud to support such as environmentally conscious an women-owned businesses.

No. 02 — UNUM

We love engaging on social media and posting on Instagram in the moment, but a cohesive feed is non-negotiable. That’s why we love UNUM! It loads your current feed into a grid and allows you to upload future posts, organize and rearrange them on your grid. It also provides analytics for hashtags and best times to post. If you’re the type who prefers to schedule out your Insta posts ahead or time (you go, girl), we recommend Planoly!

No. 03 — Flodesk

After a few years of experience using both Mailchimp and Flodesk, we can confidently say that Flodesk has our hearts. Not only is the platform itself absolutely stunning, but the user experience is flawless as well. Flodesk makes it simple and easy to design your own custom emails, create workflows, and organize audience segments. Trust us on this one.

No. 04 — Emphasis

Our founder is passionate about opening up the conversation about the unique struggle of ADHD in women and how it affects creative entrepreneurs and those who work from home. One of the apps that Amanda loves and uses daily is called Emphasis. It uses a countdown timer to add accountability and help you stay focused during work sessions. Emphasis also has several custom color themes and analytics to track your progress.

No. 05 — Todoist

We’ve been through many different productivity apps over the years but Todoist has our heart.

Todoist helps us organize #allthethings and we love using it seamlessly between mobile and desktop. You can create different projects and even segments within those projects. We love how easy it is to set tasks and reminders. You can even collaborate on projects with others. You can even change the app color on your home screen: because we all know how important aesthetics are. This is another favorite app used daily by our founder to keep her shit together.

No. 06 — Calendly

Calendly is the most recent addition to our business toolkit. Since we offer free discovery sessions, we wanted to make the process a little easier for people to schedule meetings with us: enter Calendly. Not only was it easy to embed in our website, it also links directly to Zoom and Google Calendar which makes scheduling meetings seamlessly.
